Last time i asked the girl directly and she said FS is included in 40min. She said scrubbing and massage is not there. If you take 2Hr course, FS is only once followed by happy ending. I saw two guys took 40min and had quick FS. I could hear well. She raised the music sound when i started laughing:) so try your 40mim luck with out asking tencho and report back.

Either i didnt understand the tencho, or he sold me well the 65 mins :)
 
Mama-san told me honban (FS) started at Y12000, but maybe depends on the girl actually.
 
I don't think so; this one looked more like an overweight woman in her 60s.
