What makes it elite? Aside from some AV girls that I haven't heard of working there I dunno what it would be. Their service must be excellent, because most of the girls there are attractive, but not amazing from what I can see...

I went there a few months ago. I didn't make a reservation, just had them pick me up at the station and when I got to the shop they showed me a selection of 5 or 6 girls.
Service was great, but my girl (and most of them there don't according to the web) didn't use a condom. I was taken by great surprise...

I'm sure Landmark must be a top notch place with quality girls however INHO most soapland service are similar/standard by design so 50K for 75 mins seem a bit high.

Hi guys, writing a long and in depth review of my thoughts on ' landmark ' soapland; my virgin experience. Visited a few days back. This is would be my 'thanks' for all the sharing over here
I was at Asakusa so I didn't mind taking a 5min cab ride up north. Told the cab driver yoshiwara and he knew where to go. I showed him a map and pinpoint it on my phone, making sure he doesn't troll me.
Anyway , reached the district and immediately you can see tons of soaplands. The cab driver was dropped me off near silky doll. Just around the corner was kings club from the logo if I'm not wrong . Further down the road would be landmark . Went to landmark cos I didn't want some budget experience. Wanted the best girl and experience so I didn't mind paying .
Was greeted warmly by the door man. I don't speak Japanese but memorized some sentences out of curtesy . Was escorted to a waiting room with standard black leather couches and a tv. Shortly he came in with 9 photos.... And took 5 away and said Japanese only.
4 to choose from. 3 were pretty good from the pics and the last looked like my 40year old aunt. One thing about pics for sure was obviously most of them don't look like what they appear to be. As some of you guys mentioned before, gotta take a few points off and add/minus some weight with some imagination.

Just a few comments:
This is the "Yoshiwara age", well-known and understood by Japanese punters. To convert to normal age, multiply the ones digit by 3, and add 20. So that provider should be between 32 and 34.
With the bad economy over the past few years, soaplands are offering more and more short 60 minute or so courses where it's not even possible to play on the mat.
Anyway, most providers and Japanese punters are impressed more by the number of rounds you can complete, not how long you can last. Providers often talk about wanting to do at least 3 rounds in a session (used to be a fairly standard 130 minutes), because "that's they way you play in Yoshiwara."

Next time you go, just let the woman know that you are a doggy style fanatic, and you'll have a great first round!

The JPY25,000 is the entrance fee, or 御入浴料 'bath fee'. That's the house's cut. Immediately under that on the page, it says:
別途サービス料金がかかります。or basically 'separate service charges apply'. And then under that, it says basically 'please call us for total amount'.
From the reports I've read, posting the entrance charge only is extremely common at soaplands. I think this is partially a legal thing, since paid full service is illegal in Japan, but the women working there aren't employees, and the services they provide are only if they really like you (cough), so only posting the entrance fee maintains the illusion that you are only there for a bath and to get squeaky clean, right?

As Meiji says, soaplands traditionally only listed their "entrance fee", and the "service fee", which may have been payable separately, was around twice the entrance fee.
Most places nowadays show a total price (総額 sougaku), so there are no surprises, except for a possible non-Japanese tax.
Landmark charges 65,000 yen for 120 minutes, all included. It's just a bit too much for me right now, so I haven't been yet. I subscribe to their e-mail magazine, and they are having a Christmas "event" where you get an extra 30 minutes for the same price if you go on December 24 or 25.
