I was looking on erolin and noticed that most of the escorts on there charge about 29000 yen for 2 hrs. I also noticed that nd and am are about 40-50000 for the same amount of time. Is the posted price on the other sites only a get in the door price and I'll be charged more once we get started? Will the final cost be much higher than nd or am? I was looking at black diamond and arcadia plus some of the others. The girls seem to be better looking but it might be a bait and switch. If anyone has any idea please let me know. Just getting started here in Japan and it seems more difficult to make up my mind than it did back home.
Thanks again for all the info.

AM is 35,000 for 2 hours, so this is in-line with the 29,000. Not sure if Erolin's information is old or just wrong.

And with the reliable service and quality girls they are hard to beat. With 1 hour at AM being 28,000 it does not make too much sense in any case.

Hope this helps.

With the exception of soaplands, the posted price is what you'll pay on the other sites, with one exception. Many places don't offer FS, and leave that up to the girl. In some cases, FS is off the menu. In some cases, the girl will ask for an additional 5000 or more for sex. There's no upsell at AM - FS has been part of the standard package for me with the AM girls I've been with.

How do soapland prices generally work? I was hoping to go to 1 this weekend.

Culnus, Soaps generally have an entrance fee. This can range on the establishment...be it from 10,000 - 30,000 yen. There are lower tier and upper tier soaps in Yoshiwara, them being cheaper and expensive respectably. At a soap you are always guaranteed FS (I mean, that is the point of it!) and some higher scale soaplands sometimes have guest Japanese AV stars servicing the clientele at times. The average price for about 100 - 120min at a soapland will run you about 30,000-35,000 yen. Tack on the entrance price and this is about 40,000 - 65,000 yen. It's pretty expensive, but I think it's also quite an experience.

So the price they show out front is only for entry? and I have no way of knowing what it will cost for 120mins until i get inside?

Many soaplands, except for the high end places, show a "total price" for their various courses, e.g. by length of time, time of day you arrive, and 3P, among others. The Japanese kanji word for that is 総額 (そうがく, sou-gaku).

Even if they only show an entrance fee (入浴料、にゅうよくりょう, nyuu-yoku-ryou), they will always tell you the total fee if you call them.

You have to watch out for special deals listed on websites, though, that may require you to mention the deal in order to get the price shown. Also, the sou-gaku all inclusive fee will not include any special foreigner tax, which many of the soaps have.
