Browsing through the threads of this site, I get the impression that services providing Korean ladies get a bad reputation, in general. My experience with Korean ladies in generic social circumstances is that I find them attractive and pleasant to talk to. So is there anywhere anyway I can be guaranteed (more or less) a service that you would recommend? I know that I ask for much, but maybe you do have some idea.

That's a fabulous question! I too am a big fan of Korean girls, thought the average girl in Seoul was far more attractive than the average girl in Tokyo. Better body structure and a far superior fashion sense do contribute a lot.
My impression, derived almost solely from TAG is that the Korean providers in Tokyo are generally on the low end. Cheap & unsafe in other words, not surprising given how racist the Japanese are in general.
An upscale Korean service would be awesome!

I would say there's certain places that don't give consistent service, which is more or less standard in the sex industry. That's the whole reason for having review sites in the first place.
Aside from the few foreigner friendly massage places, there aren't any specific recommendations- most of the Korean deriheru places that I know of have closed up shop. Do you speak Japanese?
