Tough to say.

I haven't been there, but I would almost guarantee they offer a happy ending if not more. If they speak English or your Japanese is decent, you might want to ask if there's any special services available. That area of town is kind of known for that sort of thing, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if an hour+ massage included something a little more interactive. Although it might just be a HJ. Please try it and report back!
