If you have not accidentally added an additional zero, those numbers are way too high. Perhaps you can give a try to Hotzen's suggestion.

I used one back in September, you can find me review.
With using the translation function of Chrome you get through the page. When you order you need at least some Japanese to talk to the tencho.

JPY 55,000 for an hour is still high. I admit I have not tried new-halfs but for around JPY 30,000 or so you should be able to get something between 90-120 min. The link above lists JPY 25-28,000 for 120 min depending on the course. Do not pay JPY 55,000.

They are doing in- and outcall. For incall you call the tencho he will guide you. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station in the direction of Ogikubo!
