Hello everyone new poster here, but long time lurker. I am staying in akihabara and an looking to potentially a pink salon or legit massage parlor with extras.

I walked around the red light area the last few nights but only seen questionable people asking me to get a sexy massage. If anyone knows any legit place in ueno or even akihabara would you mind sharing your knowledge?

Hmm. Ueno, on the west side of Chuo Dori is a hotbed for KDH (Korean Delivery Health) and there's a few random shops around Okachimachi. (between Ueno and Akihabara stations) I know there are some reports around there.

You're not going to find anything around Akihabara station, that's for certain. (There is a lingerie pub and a few places like that, but Japanese only and that's just looking at some touching only.)
 
Just the whole thing looks shady with these random people on the street hanging out in front of the stores. Would I be safe going into any of these areas and any specific recommendations?

New York New York is near Okachimachi http://newyork2.jp/access/. Lots of reviews on TAG for New York New York.

I was walking in that area recently. There was a tout out front of a shop. I smiled and said "konnichiwa". He smiled back and said "pinsaro?" I wasn't inclined at the moment, but clearly he was ok with gaijin - I am as white as they come. Sorry - I don't remember what the shop was or the exact location, but it was about a 2 minute walk west of Okachimachi. If you look around, there are some options.
