I think you mean http://japanese-escort-girls.com

They are part of the "Parlor Club" group that used to advertise here. That website is westerner friendly group, but provide standard Japanese outcall service, which in their case explicitly disallows full service, and apparently they are an all-CBJ shop as well. Considering their price, I'd rather see one of the better girls at AM where the service options are better.

IMHO, the girls from Parlor Club are cuter than most AM girls. For sure, their services are on the expensive side for what you get, but I find them very easy to deal as a foreigner. Soaplands and Tobita are in different ways in the grey area between legal and illegal. So much of Japanese law isn't near as important as the unspoken rules that maintain harmony. I mean, look at prostitution law. Prostitution is illegal. Except prostitution is only penis-vagina penetration. Anything else is for the most part fine.

Soaplands: Officially they are just places to get 'clean' and maybe get a blow job, all of which is above-board according to Japanese law. Since 'what happens behind closed doors is the business of consenting adults' and since the girls working there are contractors, not employees, nobody can really get in trouble for the paid sex that goes on.

Tobita skirts legality in a much less vague way. Everyone knows what happens there, it's just that as long as harmony isn't disturbed nobody really cares. Tobita is part of/near some of the most economically run-down areas of Japan (not coincidentally, so is Yoshiwara). Very few people find a reason to travel to that part of town to begin with, so it's not like stuff is in your face. And having a release for men and a place for women to make money is arguably a positive social benefit, and not having that would probably lead to more unrest and other disturbances -- I would bet you'd have a LOT of streetwalkers hanging out near Osaka/Namba station without Tobita, for example -- than having a more or less official red light district. So city officials don't bother with it.

They deliver to Kawasaki, so it's not impossible that they'd deliver to Yokohama for an extra charge. Call them and ask.
 
I used BIX once and it was full then too. Saturday around 1ish if I remember correctly. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes for a room and it was quite awkward.

The room was nice though with a big bath tub for two. Price was reasonable it I remember correctly. After that I just did delivery to my place.
