Have been using this Gotanda based "Deli" from time to time (s-hana.jp). Arrangements are very easy if you speak some Japanese and allegedly they also occasionally have an English speaking operator (though I never tried). Pictures of the providers are obviously enhanced, but still they do resemble the gals.
Tried "Aika" the other day, pleasant experience. Looks 6/10, bubbly gal (though does not speak English). Nice shower & bath, then cuddling, DFK, Painting, Bbj for 2 rounds.
Cost is 22k for 100 min and add price for the Hotel (typically 5k in the Gotanda area). As has been mentioned paid for FS is illegal in Japan and thus this is hit and miss, occasionally you might have a provider that ia longing for a poke and you might lucky, but don't count on it.
Some time ago I went for Yuka - not recommended, there are better ones.
