Hello all,

It`s a pleasure to meet you all. I have a few questions, does anyone know if Mermaid in Yokohama provides FS? Are they foreigner friendly, and if they are, are all of their GF accepting to foreigners or are only certain ones accepting? Does anyone have a review for this place?
Also does anyone have a review on Anna from ND? I know her profile says she out of Japan at them moment but from what I can tell that`s been on her profile for a couple of years now.
Sorry for all the questions, and again, it`s a pleasure.

Hi - to answer your questions, this is what we know about Mermaid in Yokohama. This is information gained directly from their manager.

It's a Soapland type of service, so FS is provided. They do accept foreigners but you have to choose from a certain number of girls that will accept foreigners. They insisted that customers to come to their shop so they can display the girls that are available. As a bonus, we checked a certain website where ladies that work in the business hang out and we confirmed that the girls working there are Japanese.

For others interested, this is their site:

EDIT: I forgot to add, the manager said if you cannot speak Japanese, it is OK.

For Anna, we don't have any information as of yet, I am sorry.

Thank you for the information, I'll probably be giving this place a visit then. Good hunting everyone.

@Chris:Is there an extra fee for FS? Or it included in the price?

Since it's a Soapland type of service, FS is included. They can't legally say it includes FS, but as they identify as a Soapland service then it's usually accepted as a known fact that FS is included.

There was no indication of an additional fee in any of the information we obtained.

Hi,

I'm Greg, 33y French guy. I'll be in Tokyo within 2 weeks, and i'm very interested in soapland.

Mermaid seems to be good and gaijin friendly.
But, I'm not able to read the Kanjis.

Can you tell me how is the final price for service.
I think it is :
15000Y for 50min before 16:00 and 16000Y after
16000Y for 60min before 16:00 and 18000Y after
Am i right ?

Or is there other extra fees i don't see ?

Is there any other soapland cheaper where the site show "all inclusive" services ?

Thanks a lot men !

Chris, can you please tell me where this place is? I don't read Japanese and their web page didn't help me very much. I would be traveling from the Misaki direction on the Keiku Line. Thanks mate.

Also, is there a code guide to understand all these abbreviations? FS, etc. I assume FS might mean Full Service.

Yes, FS = Full Service.

We actually are developing a keyword glossary to help people with these terms that you see on Japanese websites. (Well, English translations and meanings of the Japanese terms and a better explanation of the English abbreviations that you see as well.)

Sorry, I might be asking a lame question, but does it mean that you don't need to book a hotel. The soapland will have a place of their own.
