Happy Holidays!

We are now moving in the major holiday season for Christmas and New Years (plus any other celebrations in the same period).

Like many of you, TAG management will be in transit for the next few weeks and sadly, none of us will be in Japan again until sometime after the New Years.

Please Note:

Support requests sent to helpdesk@tokyoadultguide.com will still be answered, but please expect delays.
Account issues handled by Karen (membership@tokyoadultguide.com) will follow the same pattern.

Any site issues will be handled urgently of course, but this is limited to actual outages or errors that impede members from using the site. Individual issues, will not be handled with the same priority.

Just a short update on the support schedule here.

The normal support will return on 1/12/2017. I have encountered a number of travel issues with weather, broken planes and various other problems that will deter me from travelling again anytime soon, haha.

God bless ANA though, I feel like I'm really home on a real airline once I get onboard. Too bad I have to deal with their crap partner airlines for certain parts of my travels.

Update: Sort of late in closing this matter, but there was no issue with our support desk email. We confirmed that the report submitted included a typo in the address. All support mails sent to us as of January 11,2017 have been answered and resolved. Thank you for your patience. For once, the queue is empty! ;)
