    This was more than one year ago. She talked on and off throughout the session. I don't remember the subject matter. CIM was theoretically included; I can't remember if it happened. That's how unremarkable the session was.

    That's an interesting point. In my case, she could have continued to suck the tip and then use her hands for the remaining 91%. To be fair, her mouth seemed to be too narrow to proceed more than 20%.
