    A friend who speaks fluent Japanese (however can be recognized as foreigner easily from outlook) got rejected a few months ago, so I believe the answer is negative at the moment

    But this shop is not for foreigners (my friend asked previously), I would like to try these kind of "esthe" style soap but none of them welcome foreigners.

    When I was around the shop, I never see car approaching, maybe they really suspended it (when I leave, they only gave me an umbrella to walk back to station)

    Hisyo and sister shop are not blocking foreigners any more? Previously they have the phrase written on webpage saying no foreigners, but now it's gone.
