    In Japan rules, they control the numbers of soapland, or not accept do a new shop if there is no closed shop. It means we can wait for a re-open of another shop.

    Long time no go to Soapland at kawasaki area. The best way is call to ask, then check homepage. I think there are not many shops accept foreigners. You should go to yoshiwara area for better choice.

    Agree with @Danbo, I think you may take high risk with low price. In Japan, there are many good shops with acceptable prices. Let take a look about reviews, shop websites, photoshop... Good luck for next time.
