Someone knows where a foreigner in ota-shi find a happening bar without speaking Japanese?

Are you talking about Ota in Gunma? or Ota-ku where Haneda is? You probably aren't going to find anything easily in Gunma, and for the latter, you are probably better off just going to the Tokyo happening bars (or find a Japanese speaking partner).
Is ota-shi in Gunma...i really was hopping to have someplace here
