Has anyone ever went into a pink salon or an oppai bar with another (gaijin) friend? Just wondering how common this is. I have a few friends who actually go to these places but they all seemed really put off by the idea of going together with another gaijin because they think it's strange. I've never been to a pink salon before since I know a lot of them boot you out unless you speak conversational Japanese (mine is only half decent but there's always slight misunderstandings).

What about groups of guys? I've heard Japanese guys do this sometimes. Does it seem weird?

Japanese guys do this... either just as friends or people that work together will sometimes visit a pink salon or soapland after work or to celebrate a new deal... When I was meeting with some shop staff on TAG business, I've seen foreign guys come in together. (well, I could see them but they couldn't see me... :) )

In some cases, you have a better chance to be accepted alone,. It may be irrational, but many shops fear that gaijins may cause trouble, so some think that if one can be managed, more cannot...

nothing weird about that in my opinion. as long as you're not sitting next to each other :D

They use one way mirror ?? :)

Concealed camera. All shops have them on the entrance at a minimum, and any shop that's operating quasi-legally or illegally will have them on the building entry to keep an eye out for police raids.

I've done that a few times, generally after a night of drinking. Went with someone I was friends with from another hobby board who came to Japan, and we went to Hinomaru after a night of drinking. I went to a sort of delivery health with a gaijin friend ....also after a night of drinking. I generally don't like to mix my 'red light' activities and socializing. It's like the old Seinfeld gag about "a George divided against itself cannot stand" - I don't want my personal life and my (illicit) sex life to overlap if at all possible.

As others have said, going solo or at most with one other person is far better than have a group of foreigners showing up to get service.

Abunai! Unless you cant get in without your friend(s) for what ever reason - do NOT do it. You do not want to be associated with any mistakes your friends make. I don't care if you grew up with your friend(s) and have known each other forever. People change when sex is involved...

Definitely off topic since not pink salons nor oppai bars, but a loooong time ago, I went to about 3 live sex stage shows with some gaijin friends. Used to be the audience could do rocks, paper, scissors, to hop up on the stage and have sex or get a blow job from the girl(s). Ejaculation would elicit applause.

Ah yes, good old times... Weird that society has gone so much backwards in the last few decades... See Scandinavia, which had been in the 70-80s the craddle of live pornography, now sex prison...

If the provider servicing your friend at Hinomaru happens to be over 70, you can give her a hand :D teamwork!

The good ol' days... that was the strip joint in Hinodecho in Yokohama?

It was the Kogane theater, which I had the chance (?) to go to more or less 2-3 days before it was definitively closed. Some 4-5 years ago.
A run down place at the time, where 5-6 strippers performed, including one 60+ years old Lady. As this was Japan, she used to get very polite claps after her show (just think of this in a US Strip Club...) She probably started work there 40 years ago, and like anywhere else in Japan, one does not fire a dedicated worker, even old...
Back to the topic: There was one young hot girl, probably Philippino, who would service customers after her show, on stage, but behind curtains, for just 1K. . CBJ in 69 position. You had about 5 min to cum, since other guys were waiting .. I always had the fantasy of having sex with a stripper after her show, so managed to tick this box. Not the best BJ, after all, but I still remember..
The only other place I know on earth where you can have a BJ on stage with a stripper is the Bagdad club in Barcelona.. Stiil available, I think...

It was the Kogane theater,

Such a shame about Kogane and Hinodecho in general... those used to be delightfully grimy 'hoods. I learned all my (admittedly not extensive) Spanish from the Colombian girls that used to work there.
