There are free lance girls all around different areas however the pros here in Japan don't dress the part and most of them are Chinese girls some are worth it while most are not.

I would say if this is your first visit you should try Paradise in Kawasaki one stop from Yokohama on the Jr line. 12000 yen is not a bad price to get some young Japanese girl to play with you for an hour at a Soapland.
