Hello,

My registration date is a bit off from now, but I figured I may as well make a post for once. Up until recently, I was more curious at what info was available, but now I have a reason to stop lurking.

Japan is one of those places that I've really wanted to travel to since I was a kid; honestly, I was an awful wapanese when I was a teenager, but the degree of zeal's rolled off with age. Of course, I had almost no chances to go for forever. However, I realized that I'm in a position where I've got money (sort of) and time (sigh, long-term unemployment) to check it off the Big List of Places I've Been. Now I'm set for eighteen fun-filled spring days from late March to early April between Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Obviously, I wouldn't be coming to Japan with just P4P in mind, but it's one of those things that's always in the back of my head when traveling. I'm not a newbie in that respect, considering I've been to Korea (embarrassing first-time stories ahoy!), Thailand (once), and the Philippines (three times, two of those almost back-to-back). That said, I'm hardly seasoned, and there's always more I could learn. I try to do my due diligence and do my research, so I shouldn't ask any hideously dumb question. Forgive me if I do slip up, though.

So, yeah, life story aside, nice to meet you guys. I don't know how much I'll be able to contribute to the collective knowledge, since it's probably just going to be this one trip for a long while (spending half my life's savings), but I'll try to add any experiences I might have in Japan. I'd half expect a place with information as valuable and a community as good to be behind a paywall. Thank god it's not!

@bbuy - Welcome to TAG! Thanks for quitting the lurker's club!

Do feel free to ask questions and get help where it's needed. As they say, the only dumb questions are the ones that aren't asked! We hope you have a successful trip and we of course love to hear feedback on Japan in general, not always just about P4P.

Also, don't feel like you can't hang around here even if you're not in Japan. We actively try to collect other information from around the world and any tips you can share with other members is always helpful.

We are doing our best to keep things as open as possible without charging fees to our members or as you say, making a paywall. :) You will have to excuse us though, since TAG has grown, the costs to maintain things also go up... not just direct site operation expenses, but manpower to keep things 'pretty' is usually a cost that most people don't realize or think about. We will be adding some advertisements soon, to help offset operating costs and allow us to have a real operating budget which we can then use to further develop and expand our services beyond the very basic model you see today.

Thank you again for joining and we look forward to seeing you around!

I guess I might be able to contribute something in the distant future if anybody gives a hoot about massage parlors in Texas.

Not that I've ever run a site myself, but I feel you on the funding pinch. If it ever came down to paid memberships or whatever, I'd be glad to help out a community as civil and nonsense-free as this one.

Believe it or not, we've been asked a number of times about places in the U.S., including Texas. ;) -- We have an international review section for this kind of thing.

We may offer things like VIP ranks (with bonuses, etc.) if there's enough interest, but I really prefer that putting the burden on members would be a last resort.

Thank you! :)

Update now that I'm in Japan: I went to Puchi Royal today and had my first (Japanese) soap experience with Ayaka. I don't recall any reviews of her, so I'll definitely be doing one later when I have access to a proper keyboard. No spoilers, but I think she's ranked high on the customer satisfaction list for a reason.

Good choice man. Looking forward to the review.

Further updates with reviews to follow: The day after playing with Ayaka, I went back to Puchi Royal to finally see Makoto. She's definitely a hot one, though I found her to be less of a conversationalist than Ayaka.

Also, while killing time waiting to check into my room, I decided to pay Tsumaten a visit. I couldn't find whichever gal @takedajohnny said was good, so I went with Aya at the tencho's urging. She was fairly young looking for her age, and the time spent was enjoyable enough, but you may walk away disappointed if you expect a lot of conversation or service beyond the usual health play.

Somebody help, my wallet's leaking!

Long story short, I tread new(-ish) ground all for TAG's sake and went to play in Takii Shinchi. The name of the shop escapes me, but the lovely lady's name was Ami, and she was friggin' cute. We played for 45 minutes (and 2 man!) well spent in spite of some difficulties on my part. I strolled out tired but feeling like my otherwise tiresome day had just been improved by a few degrees. for those who can stand the trip out, Takii Shinchi is a good bet time-cost-wise.

Edit: Consulting Google Maps jogged my memory! The name of the shop is Yumeka (夢花). If you enter the shinchi from the small eastern passage close to the main road, you'll see it at 10 o' clock. The obaa-han there is all smiles when you approach.

Yup, you know I gotta give an update:

I was laid low by a cold fairly recently and unable to do much around Osaka, so I'd been feeling a bit down and decided that I'd go out when I felt better. "Out" happened to be Kobe earlier in the day, where I unsuccessfully scoped out Fukuhara. No play to be had even with it being slow. Maybe others will have better luck when the stars align.

After getting back, I decided to give Tsumaten another go since it's real close to my room. I was a little curious about their ranking girls and went looking around until I found some chatter on Bakusai. Nene, one of the girls offered last time, seemed to have an okay rep, so I gunned for her. It was a two-hour wait, but I'd say it was worth it. That was probably the first time I ever finished in CG. Nene's a sweet lady and a real MILF besides, so give her a shot if you're into that.

Back again with a late update:

Since I'm in Fukuoka and I heard Nakasu is pretty friendly, I figured I'd have a go. The shop I picked out was Candy Girl because... I liked the name? I'm not real sure to be honest, but I wanted to try some territory that wasn't well-reviewed anyway. At any rate, I tried out Misa there and wasn't disappointed. If you love conversation and loving like I do, don't miss out!

As an aside, if you find yourself Nakasu-wards at dinner time, seek out a little alleyway called Ningyo-shouji. There's an izakaya there called Kazutomi. The taisho there is a genuinely great guy, and the patrons aren't half bad either.

It didn't feel very friendly to me when I was there. Only 4-5 shops I know of for sure that would take me.

I originally wasn't gonna play more in Fukuoka, but have another update:

After a night like the previous one, I felt reinvigorated enough to go on a full day's outing to Dazaifu. Once I got back to Tenjin, something flipped on and I realized that it's my last night here. That's why I ended up probing more unreviewed territory and went to Campus Mate Seito Hen. The staff were kind of back and forth on whether gaijin are okay, but I managed to get in with Reika, who I think also works at a couple of their sister shops or something. In a way, I wouldn't say the 10,000 yen gaijin tax was worth it, but Reika was eager enough to try out a variety of positions until I found one that worked. You're free to try your luck. I don't think I'll be repeating, even if I had a pretty okay time.

The upside is that I had a bit of fun and I got a good restaurant recommendation out of it. If you want decent chicken-based cuisine in a swanky setting (god, I was so out-of-place), check out a place called Amon. It's apparently pretty popular with a number of fuzoku girls. I'm pretty sure the taisho knew where I got my recommendation from!

That's interesting. I was in Fukuoka in winter 2014 (damn has it been that long?) just hitting the guitar stores like Ishibashi Music, with two friends. While searching out the music shops on foot, I passed a few streets that had some P4P shops and my friends didn't even notice but, being a sex addict, my monger senses went off and I was so curious if they were foreigner friendly.

I was walking around trying to find Campus Mate when one of those 無料案内所 guys called out to me "Sex house? Sex house?" The touts at a bunch of shops were trying their damnedest to English me in the door, too. Maybe it had a lot to do with the hours I was there, but it felt reasonably open to me.

I have been to Fukuoka quite a few times and among the soaplands I got invited to more shops than I got ignored. It actually felt pretty welcoming to me (but I speak Japanese). Fashion health however were a complete no-go and oppai bars were a bit difficult.

@bbuy did you get fs at tsumaten? Planning on visiting that place.

Nice! How about theyre looks? Definitely gonna try nene. Thanks for the info.

Next to last night in Tokyo. You know the routine:

I figured I'd have a go at Aile D'ore, but nobody was manning the door when I strolled past, so I kept on walking to Excellent Club Danshaku. They welcomed me with open arms, but I got pushed a bit on the price and the girl. I ended up having a nice leisurely time with the new girl Maya for 60,000 yen. It ended with one shot, but she made for some fun conversation, so I left pretty damn satisfied.

Long time no post. Have a bit of an update:

I haven't done a whole lot of P4P between the start of April, but I'm getting to the end of my time here, so I'll be living it up as I can. Last week, I went and had a fun time with Ai at Puchi Royal pretty late in the day. Just today, I went back hoping to catch Tomoka, but the wait would have been about four hours. That's how I ended up with Ririko at Kinpeibai instead, and I consider that a real happy accident. She's young, perky, and a little on the thick side, which was just right. Also, she loves a good chat. Double points!

I may try my luck at Tomoka again tomorrow since I don't have any pressing engagements. My final soap visit before I leave will probably end up being Reijou. I've been keeping notes, so I'll get around to proper reviews when I'm home.

Last update before the big escape:

My plans were always to end off with a 高級店 like Reijou or similar. However, I have to say that Ririko captivated me. I had to go see her again. So that's what I did. As it turns out, I was the first gaijin to pick her as a hon-shimei. She remembered a lot of what we talked about and was really happy to see me again. Needless to say, it was a great closer to my time in Japan.
