Advocate (INFJ-a)

Read through the blurb at the end and a lot of it is on the money, but doesn't take into account the darker side of my personality.

Mediator (INFP-a)

Going through all of the traits of a Mediator, it's a rather interesting read. Weird how wrong or far off some of the descriptions can be, while some are so accurate and perfectly put into words.

Me too. I'm also an INFJ-A. I find it more demonstrates the side of my personality which I present and not the horribly perverse and impulsive part of me haha.
 
One of the best bosses I ever had made our entire section take this test because we were be too competitive and there was a lot of animosity in the office. I was an ESTJ.

He followed it up by talking to us individually and as a group where he shared the results of the test.

We were a nearly equal mix ISTJs and ESTJs, it was funny as hell because the introverts and extroverts had banded together in opposition to each other.
