Is there really no Japanese equivalent for "Horny"?

So after asking my Japanese SO this question as well, I thought I'd pose the question here.

Is there no Japanese equivalent for "Horny"?

For example, saying something like "I've been horny all day" seems to be hard to get the full message across. Sure you can settle with "I've been wanting to have sex all day" (今日はずっとエッチしたかった) but you don't get the same nuance across.

Any takers?

Thanks, I think ムラムラ is what I was looking for. Something to not only express myself being horny, but if a girl is clearly wet in the panties with anticipation for example, I want to comment on her being horny as well (ムラムラしてるじゃん）.

Then you can decribe her as "nurenure" - sopping wet.
