Maintenance 6/20/2017 - Maintenance Today

All,

We will be performing some maintenance work on the TAG site today to help rectify some connectivity issues that have been reported by a small percentage of users. In actuality, this bug may be affecting more users after looking at some of the logs.

The patches will be merged into the live site with little to no down time for most people.

• Main TAG Site - Maintenance.
• Support Portal - Normal Operations.
• Email Services - Normal Operations.

Once all work has been completed, I will post an update here later today.

This maintenance is technically still in progress. We are monitoring the issues reported about connectivity.

Adjustments were made and we are now doing follow-ups and watching the current situation. Please post a report in this thread if you are still have connection issues while on WiFi or general page display issues regardless of the connection type.

Note: We are aware of some 'connection refused' messages, which we are isolating to determine if these are bots behaving badly or actual humans trying to use our site.
