Why not just go to a bar or something and mingle? If you see a cutie, Japanese or otherwise, buy her a drink and try making some small talk. You could even go with a couple friends if that makes you feel more comfortable.

Based on your threads to date I begin to think your "really specific plan" you mentioned in another thread was "Come to Japan with very little money and somehow sleep with Japanese girls for free". I'm sorry if I put that a bit harshly and if I'm wrong please don't hesitate to correct me. Also based on your Attitude or My face? thread you seem to lack experience and confidence in dating. I'm certainly not qualified to help you there. Outside of the Sugar Dating realm I don't do very good with dating. I just don't have no interest in playing the games that usually go along with dating. I prefer sugaring because it's all upfront and straightforward for the most part and any girl who starts to play normal dating games I just end the relationship. But to get back to my point, perhaps a better plan for next time would be to save up enough to be able to afford a nice P4P experience during your visit. It really can be a confidence building experience. I'm not saying you'll suddenly be the ladies man and picking up girls every night, but just having a women build up your self esteem and confidence can really help you have the courage to make approaches and face rejection in future non P4P encounters.

My advice to you at this point would be to stop trying so hard to score some pussy (I know, crazy idea right?) and instead spend some serious time working on yourself. I'm sure you're not an unattractive guy (addressing your other post) and that the fact you've got brown skin doesn't matter.
You should hit the gym or, if that's too expensive, work out at home. There's free workout vids on YouTube. All you need is a yoga mat and some dumbbells. I have a gym membership but I also exercise at home and run around my neighborhood for cardio.
Get yourself out there into some local bars. Make small talk with bartenders and, if the spirit moves you, some of the others guys and gals that come there. Develop your social skills a little.
Since it seems like money is an issue for you right now (trust me, I know how that is), get yourself a part time job. It'll give you money to save up and develop your people skills further. Maybe use some of that money to buy a few pieces of clothing to go out with (nothing too fancy, just some nice casual clothes).
A couple months from now, you could be in a much better position to start looking for sex or a girlfriend. Money and confidence are what you need to be in this game. Both can be acquired if you work hard and don't give up.
Last piece of advice, maybe start with some HE massages or BJs from places like Pink salons, etc. Just remember to play safe and don't get yourself into trouble. Gain some sexual experience the way the rest of us did. Then when you're comfortable with your body and being touched, move on to sex.

One other venue you might try - meetup.com There are parties and gatherings every night. Get logged on and sign up far as many of these as you can make time for. Meet a lot of people - both boys and girls because it's all about your social skills.
