So I'm going to Japan with my buddy next year summer and would like to start looking now for a girlfriend in Japan that way when I come there I have someone to show me around have fun times, and just a relationship would be nice :D Where should i start looking and what should I do?

You're probably going to be fairly disappointed, to be honest. There's likely plenty of Japanese women willing to talk with you to practice their English, and might even be willing to show you around, but if you are looking for a physically attractive and/or charming, intelligent woman, it's pretty unlikely that she's going to be willing to put out for a guy who is only in-country for a very short time. You can probably check out japancupid.com, conversationexchange.com, and places like metropolis.co.jp. Good luck!

Oh wow , then how does one get a girlfriend ahahah I'm planning on going there for at least month
 
I have been recommending people to check out meetup.com - lots of meetings every day. I went to a few and there were dozens of people, mostly 20's - 30's, and all pretty cool. Try the Yoyogi Park meet ups on the weekend and you will meet more people than you usually do in a bar scene. Bring your own drinks (and some to share with girls you want to talk to) and it's also a whole lot cheaper than any bar.

I gave you several suggestions. Start there. Having a 'girlfriend' if you are only there for a relatively short amount of time isn't very likely. You'll either have to lie about it, or if you are attractive find yourself a fuckbuddy that's willing to show you around.

Seriously?

Start a legitimate relationship BEFORE even meeting someone and expect her to spend a month showing you and your mates around?

I hate being a downer but I don't think it's going to happen the way you want it to. That kind of thing doesn't happen without money changing hands. What you need is a rental girlfriend/paid tour guide and that can be found on places like Seeking Arrangement.

My advice is to avoid your buddy, :D, traveling in solo is much better for meeting local girls.

Seriously, im not so experienced than other guys they answered to you belong, but for me, for one month, dont waste your time, enjoy the abundant professionals services you will find there.

Not mention than Japanese young girls are on yankees there, not EU continentals guys :(

If you think the average Japanese girl will recognise different English accents then you have been meeting a totally different girls than I have. And I am after all a man who has been told to look like Harrison Ford more times than I can count. Yeah, I have no idea what these girls (and couple of boys) have been using but I hope they continue to use it anyway.

Who said anything about lying?

i met them in disco clubs...they were just simple Japanese girls! But i agree on one thing, they recognize my No-English Nihongo accent :D
 
If you're white and attractive it will be a little easier to get laid than in your home country but the girls won't thrown themselves at you (except some very drunk in clubs). Finding a proper GF is near impossible. Girls looking for a serious relationship will only accept a foreigner when he's lives more or less permanently in Japan. Some Gaijin hunters may claim they want to be a couple but it will quickly fade off.

You Could "pipeline" (try to set something up before arriving) but unless your standards are pretty low your best bet (if youre halfway decent at in person communication) would probably beto just go out hard the first week talking to women, SNL (same night lay) especially from roppongi/azabu/aoyama and then keep seeing them for the rest of your trip.
 
Hi, my first time in Japan was great. I met several lovely ladies by gaining email trust via several websites. They all showed me around Kobe, Tokyo, and Wakayama. Also, the lady from Wakayama was a belter and a decade or so later we still keep in touch. However, not so easy with a friend getting in the way of something more than just being shown around.
 
Wow so much information here really helpful! Sorry guys for a super late reply was really busy therefore forgot about it. So not sure if this will help but I do speak Japanese somewhat. I can read. And I am attractive I speak 6 languages including Japanese. Are there any good website legit ones though that can help me find some girls to get a communication before I arrive to Japan as some of you said. Build up before you come

Many people reply to you and giving you information, ur last reply show u don't Even read what people responded . If u show the same self centered behavior in Japan u may meet a girl then she will be gone in a flash because you do not listen to her or take her subtle cues...

If you want to get a gf for one month best to P4P, but GF is cheaper than P4P right?

Try to find translators or interpetor since u speak 6 languages.. Must be easier to find for you and u can wow her with ur linguistic abilities... All the translator here are model hot!!!
