Tinkerbell would do the trick if they let you in but I have never even gotten close. I get the "dame" X the moment I walk near the door. I think I read somewhere that someone made it in, but that does not seem possible from my 2-3 attempts.

I have found Galdeli Ikebukuro to be a great option for Kuro Gal's, but haven't had FS offered (and I haven't asked). The guys working there are super friendly, even if you just have a tiny bit of Japanese.

Gingira has a few girls that could be described as Kuro Gal, but my experience there is that the girls only allow one pop. I've only used them twice though.

I'd be keen to hear others' experiences in this genre, especially on FS

IF the girls at galdeli and Gingira would provide FS (there is no guarantee) it could require a tip, so keep that in mind and bring some extra.
