Hi there.
About to book my first escort for my upcoming trip to Tokyo. But a basic question is if I get a lady to come to my hotel do they bring all the supplies with them? Ie lube and condoms. Or must we have our own supplies? Thanks

That depends on the girl. Some do, some don´t. But this is not something to rely on. You should definitely have your own "supplies" ready. In particular for the condoms, I would urge you to buy a type that fits you.... if the lady brings a typical Japanese one, chances are it will be too small and uncomfortable.

This. Japanese condoms are ridiculously small and uncomfortable. Most ladies bring supplies and love hotels almost always have a couple, but they suck. Bring your own favorite brand if you can.

If not, Okamoto sells some with a picture of a horse on the box. Those are of reasonable size, though not as good as a quality Trojan IMHO.
 
And if you are buying locally Sagami Original 002 L Size are similar to the Okamoto with the Horse, L Size too as I recall...
 
Be careful though not to overdo it. I went to Donki Hon the other day looking for gaijin size condoms, and saw the Okamoto horse size ("Super Big Boy" they are called). But next to those, they had a size with an elephant picture, called "Mega Big Boy"). OK, I thought, I am the big gaijin, so I went for those. Mistake! They are seriously loose for me. Absolutely meant for porn star performers and the like. Bit worrisome, actually.... So I will have to go back and get the horse size. I left one of the elephants on the hotel bed headboard, as kind of a privat joke. Poor J-guy who tries that...

In the event, if there is some elephant sized stud around here, I have a couple to give away.

So if by chance I or someone forgot to bring any condoms and the size doesn't fit when the lady is there. Does that mean the best will be BBBJ for the night? Wow. Of course probably best to run out and buy some at the local convient store near the hotel if they are still open.

Yes. And don´t count on the convenience store having the gaijin size. So, you´ll be left with BBBJ and Sumata. But is that really different from anywhere else? Don´t say you expect to get away with "Sorry dear, I don´t have have a condom, so lets do BBFS". Hrmph...
