Details of the Encounter:
Dear friends I sometimes feel that i make use of this site so much
and feel a mission of finding new places.
I like sekukyaba like chocolate ikebukuro.
So I saw pictures of hachi8 and decided to go.
I went into shop sit in a table but it was not dark.it was like a restaurant. then girl came and said no kiss can only touch oppai.(or maybe over oppai i do not remember)
then i realized i am in hostes club. i was a bit afraid if they charge me a lot if i drink anything.then a man came showed me the menu and asked me if i order anything to girl.
I taught that was a once in a life(very bad idea)and ordered a 2000 yen drink
(maybe beer)
I checked other people (because everywhere was full of light) and everyone was talking happily.
this place was not for physical relax i think, it if for chatting.no one was touching girls.

Final Thoughts:
Recommended, Will not Repeat.

Closing Comments:
recommended if u want to see how it is
wont go again because i want to touch if I can.

Lol, this is a hostess club with light touching allowed, you will quickly get kicked out if you do anything besides touch breasts(and don't expect to touch for a long time....)

No point going here if you don't speak Japanese.

i can speak japanese. light touching was only oppai i think.no leg no kiss. i was surprised how others were so happy.

maybe not a place to make these kind of comments but will try.
probably it is a treatment for loneliness. someone(even fake but i think sincere) listening to you.
some young girls are looking to you beautifully.
i had a deep pain while seeing other people this much happy for just this thing.
i am not sure i am in a worse position or not :)

I think the problem is that most, or at least half of these guys could talk to girls cheaply, ie. buying them at drink at a bar, isakaya, club, heck, konbini, or for free in the streets, if they worked on their approach anxiety. I’ve never seen the point of paying for conversation (kyabakura). If other things are on the table, I guess you’re paying for the lack of skill or the time it takes to pick up. Trying pick up is exciting, but I’ve been in the place where I had to choose between going to a club to try, or just have an easy “victory”. But I guess some people enjoy to pay thousands just to talk...

People enjoy different things and like nedved said, can also be a treatment for loneliness. So it's not 'sad' unless you're spending more than you can afford. Also probably heaps cheaper than a shrink.
Personally though, I wouldn't pay for this because I'd be too cynical to enjoy the convo.

People off paycheck dont have to entertain you. Sure, they could try to talk to a random girl but its the question if she'll be interested and she'll actually say nice and fun things and compliment them.

For me personally, i'd pay to shamelessly stare at someone if they look on point, but looking at recent kyabakura, that cant be the guy's reasoning, lol.
When i tried my hand at kyabakura i felt like some of the drunk guys paid to bully us, because where they cant touch (a lot) they can have an attitude and you have to endure it. If someone tried to say some of the things i've heard there off payroll to me, i'd throw my drink in their face.

Wow. Does this happen to the Japanese kyabajo too?

True. I guess you are paying for the compliments and the attention. If this makes you happy, well, it’s your money, but I will pass, maybe a place with a real nomihodai where you can drink at least half your money’s worth.

IMHO, it's exactly the same as any other p4p activity. Of course, you could do any of those activities for 'free', but it takes more time and effort and you upgrade to a better model.

At places like this you pay, but you get the immediate attention of a girl who is probably more attractive and engaged. If she's good at her job she is also doing half the work, rather than making you entertain her.

The final advantage is that, IME you immediately start at the 2nd or 3rd date. You can have conversations and ask real questions that would get you slapped by a non-working girl. All with zero expectations of starting a real relationship.

Whats so sad about guys rather talking to a woman than getting their dick wet?
It's called pillow talk. I know I know.....but whats wrong with both?

Some people pay for psychiatrist to talk, some people pay for others to make them food, some people pay for sex. What's sad about that?
My mom raised me to know how to talk to a girl for free. And to cook. I can jack off but sex requires at least one other person and isn't ever really free. Same for therapy.

Like i said, you can talk to girls but they wont be saying the same thing as in kyaba. Its a job like therapist.

For what it’s worth I always feel I get extra value out of Japan p4p sessions due to the Japanese conversation time. I otherwise have to pay a Japanese teacher to do that for me

This sounds absurd, but I actually do cancel my vanilla Japanese lessons on the day that I know I will get to do p4p. That saves me 5000 yen right there!

Good points everyone, I think you are right. It’s just that maybe talking to girls seems like a normal thing to me and I know the type of conversation is different but paying for it seems like something I wouldn’t do. For the therapist comparison, I think it’s a little different. But as I said don’t judge!
