I still don’t know the diffence between a sexy kyaba and an Icha Kyaba

...and I feel like I understand it even less after reading Jennifer’s thread over here: https://tokyoadultguide.com/threads/icha-kyaba.17251/

I’m a bit of a talker; I have a thing for great personalities and people who take risks. I’ve been eschewing places where the whole point is me getting off for the relatively unknown; and for most of that active period I had no idea about TAG. So I just went by experience and filled in for myself what Icha and Sexy meant.

Four-five years and quite a few prefectures later, I still have no damn clue what the difference is between these two things. In Osaka I paid double at what was supposedly an oppai club and got a handjob from two girls that I’m ... concerned were actually girls and not like, women; at a sexy Kyaba recently a woman told me “no kissing”, and pretty much everything in between (I’m kinda concerned about it, but there’s a place in Susukino, Hokkaido, that is listed as a ‘hard-kyaba’, which equates to aggressive DFK and fingering the girls on your lap. Yikes, for my tastes.)

I even speak pretty good Japanese, but like I said I’m even less certain after the thread above.

What’s the reality? Should I be asking the women I hit it off with for something more than and there? Am I a few poker chips or moments away from getting serviced as a result of winning janken? Help me TAG, you’re my only hope.

Thanks. This was my take, but I got a little confused when I saw how much that mileage had varied!

Well, then again it's not like there is an industry standard with corresponding ISO number for any of the different shops or services.

The basis I always worked on without evidence to the contrary was icha had the hustle-time-only touching where sekukyabas were full-time.

If you got a handjob then it probably wasn't a oppai pub/sexy kyabakura. I've never been to a sexy kyabakura where kissing was not allowed either. You might be mixed up on the types of places you went to.

Are there any of these places that only allow kissing and no boobs play?
I know about cuddle cafe but I basically mean making out with kisses and embrace but not boobs play.

How can I get to know if the venue is a simple kyaba or seku-kyabakura? I just ask? Looks like something rude.

If you walk into a normal kyabakura and expect it to be a sekukyaba, then you will probably end up utterly dissappointed or in big trouble.
Instead of walking into a shop without preparation and asking around, I suggest you check out reviews on TAG or google for セクキャバ in the area of your choice. Unlike kyabakura most of these shops have a cosplay theme (eg school girl, office, idol, etc) and some shops have セクキャバ or セクシーキャバクラ written on their signboard for clarification, altough that does not apply to all of them, as far as I am concerned.

All I am saying is, do your homework and never be the clueless gaijin.

You could also ask the tencho or one of the girls working the what the system is and what is/isn't allowed. I usually do because I prefer to avoid any unfortunate misunderstandings.

Guess there's so much variations of clubs nowadays.. My only experience so far is a Kyabakura called Fabric in Roppongi, Tokyo and a Soapland in both Tokyo and Fukuhara, Kobe.

Guess I should explore the rest when I have the opportunity. Guess it's difficult with no Nihongo....

Thanks for letting us know, but what made you think that this is such valuable information, that it warrants ignoring the warning to not bump super old threads?
