Currently in Tokyo for a couple of days and I just found out about Oppai bars and it seems like something I'd be interested in. Problem is that I don't speak Japanese at all other than your super basic konichiwa, sumimasen, hai, etc. As a non-Japanese Asian, is there no hope for me? If there is hope, what shops would people recommend? Pretty Getter and Miss Campus seem to be the often recommended ones?

Most oppai bars you really need conversational Japanese for. The ones you mentioned are not tourist friendly.

There have recently been reports that a place called “Office” in Shinjuku seems to be ok with non Japanese speakers.

Is that the one that pops up as Club Office in the search engine here? Seems like a pretty safe choice (but pricier than the others).

Hope you don't mind if I ask a followup question, but are there any foreigner friendly massage places?

Yes there are. And many of them are reviewed and presented in this forum too. Just spend some time reading stuff here and you will have all the answers.

There used to be (not too many years ago) a gaijin-friendly strip club (with mainly gaijin dancers) in Roppongi that was pretty good, but when it changed owners it went steeply downhill. I wonder if it has converted to a gaijin-friendly oppai bar. The strip club is/was in a building quite close to the TGI Fridays.

Searched through the forum and Tokyo Styles seems promising

Right, it is a safe bet. But oppai clubs usually really require Japanese and the staff will start by speaking to you in Japanese. You dont get in if you dont speak any. You can try if you have time to spare but dont be pushy or you may make it more difficult for Japanese speaking foreigners to get in.

For massage places, Asian Feeling/ Asian Relax is Thai massage with HJ and full English support.

Hmm, Smiles is pretty close to where I'm staying too but people seem to prefer Feeling/Relax a bit more? Decisions decisions...

Tbh sometimes I have no idea what the staff at the door says. And im N2 and have been here for like 18 month...(clearly still a noob but hey lol) I just kept saying like daijoubu/hai but then he kept repetiting something before I realised he was saying RURU WAKARIMASUKA.

Damn how I hate katakana english...

both asian email and relax/feeling have websites where you can see pretty much exactly what the ladies look like. so you can work it from there going by your own taste. expect most of them to look around 5 years older than the photos (which is 15-20 years better than the standard websites for a lot of these places)

FYI 33 white just English speaking here, tried office in Kabukicho and was turned away. Walked down the street and was offered sexy massage for 18000 and the guys said only two places accept gaijin. Would have loved to try feeling lots of different breasts. Sounded lovely.

I even tried one information booth and a young guy in a suit said Japanese only. Weird.

Search the forum for advice abut touts. Note what it all says... don't trust them, don't talk to them. They're lying sacks of shit, every last one of them.

Most info booths only have Japanese speaking staff. If you speak Japanese reasonably well, they're usually open - if you don't, you're outta luck.
