And there is a high level of Japanese women lying about their age, especially to foreigners, who they think it's impossible for us to tell. Many often claim to be 10 years younger than they really are. I've been meeting 35-ish Japanese females claiming to be 25-ish now. That 40 year old could be 50-ish.

I almost always make older (28+) online dates pay a percentage of the meal, unless she gives me a really good sob story or convinces me she is unemployed.

Ask her about her job status and possibly fashion tastes early on, which gives her the chance to trap herself by indicating she has money.

Also, politely touch test her during dinner. Hold her hand, behind the elbow touch, quick touch her knee, hi five, etc...

Study her reactions. If she reacts negatively, it's a big indicator that she will not have sex and doing Japanese style scamming to get a free meal and/or is a moocher/parasite.

Just to bring a little perspective to the table, I'm 54, so a 40 year old is young in my book. If I was 24, I'd probably feel differently. I have numerous posts in the other thread describing my various encounters with three 40+ year old women (one never married, one divorced, and one married). Since returning to the US, all three women continue to email me, and two of them send me photos regularly. The one who has never been married before (and who just turned 44 on Saturday) is the one I have the closest relationship with. We speak on the phone and Line frequently. She offered to come to see me last year but I was still living with my wife so that wasn't going to work. My wife and I are now separated, so I'm hoping she'll make the same offer this year.

Another issue about dating older Japanese women is there is a greater tendency to run into those women that are sexually dysfunctional or the anti-sexual ones. They might only do sex for a little while, just to trap a guy.

Part of the reason they can be old and alone women, is they are bad at sex or don't like sex, so previous boyfriends/husbands ran off or cheated on them due to sexual unhappiness.

And often such women are stubborn hard-headed types that can't learn new tricks or learn to change their habits. They simply still don't know how to take care of a man or have pleasant relationships. A lot of these older women are looking for a man to mooch money off of or looking for a sucker they think they can control or manipulate. This includes coming after younger guys. Talked to a 23 year old American military guy that got trapped by a 38 year old cougar that is pregnant and going to have a baby against his wishes. He probably thought she was too old to get pregnant. And he better get a DNA test to check if it really is his. Anyway, some of these old cougars are looking for a free meal ticket, so be careful.
