It's all coming back.... this was part of the cleanups attached to Ishihara's first round attempt to get the Olympics. Same timing as the cleanup of the streetwalkers in Okubo.

That’s about what I thought, but I don’t trust my memory for such things any more. I often waaay underestimate how long ago something happened.

With his campaigns against the adult industry, I'm guessing he's one of those rare birds that Viagra and Cialis don't work for....
There is still a Kirari there. Its not as crowded and well known but its big and comfortable and i had some luck there in the past meeting someone nice and generous.
My theory is that he caught an std at a shop and that pissed him off.

I understand how one could come to this conclusion, but I believe it's not very accurate. PUA/NAMPA takes time and effort and let's face it, some people are too busy/lazy to put in the effort, whereby P4P is much easier and more time efficient... plus there is no risk of getting a "sticky" woman and all that accompanies this situation. P4P you are paying for their time.. anything that happens between two consenting adults is between them. PUA/Nampa, it about meeting people and one could assume "banging" the target, unless it's changed in the past couple of years....
I believe P4P community probably has a large % of former PUA/Nampa artists.... it just took them time and experience to figure out P4P is more efficient and they reached a point in their personal/professional lives that they have more disposable income and need discretion as well...
I wish females were more proactive PUA/Nampa
