Planning to book shiori this week any suggestions for best budget LH?

I prefer shibuya/shinjuku.

If you plan to leave in two hours sharp, hotel proud is a good option. 4,500yen for two hours and the rooms are clean enough.
Hotel excellent offers 3,900yen for two hours but rooms are relatively old. Hotel XO shinjuku also offers 3,500yen - 3,800yen for two hours but I don’t remember the room; there are two hotel XO in the area. I am talking about hotel XO shinjuku, not hotel XO kabukicho. The kabukicho one is 3,500yen for 100 minutes, not two hours.

If you don’t want to rush, the cheapest option is la France. They are 2,500yen for 3.5 hours. I assume nobody else can beat the price. I have never been there so I don’t know how old or how small the rooms are but judging by the rate, they should be tacky.
Other than la France, maybe hotel Juro, K and Ai (there are all next to each other) are another cheap option. 3,300yen to 3,500yen for three hours.

I don’t know any budget hotels in Shibuya. Sorry.

Thank you so much for the very detailed info about love hotel. Will try it. All accepta foreigner?

do we have an address for la france? google search turns up nothing and the name is generic enough that vie la france shops show up.

@glc619
I don’t know if they also fine with just foreigners only couple. But you are going with Shiori, right? I have been to all the hotels mentioned above with foreign clients beside la France (again, I have never tried this hotel with anyone.) and I never had any problems.
Have fun with her :)

@kingaddictx
La France
2-6-8 kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku

It is right next to the hotel XO shinjuku.

I wouldn’t recommend La France to anyone, its a nightmare.

XO is great but they are not too foreigner friendly because you have to know how to work the machine.

La Festae (?) or something like that has been recommended before as budget and doesn’t need Japanese language

I thought so. 2,500yen for 3.5 hours in kabukicho, what do you expect? Lol.
Hotel K, Ai and Juro are the same. You cannot expect much when the rate is suspiciously cheap. They have a reason why they set their rate so reasonable.

Is it recommended to use the hotel i booked for my entire stay or is it unsafe?

Depends on which hotel you stay at.
Some hotels require a cardkey to go upstairs so you have to meet her in the lobby or just outside of the hotel.
Some hotels require you to pay extra to let her in, some hotels never care.
Keio plaza shinjuku do u know if they allow?

Doesn’t need keycards, dont need to pass the front staff directly. very private.

Agreed. Very private.

Accessing premier/club floors in the Main Tower (35-41 floors) needs a room card in the elevator. No room card is needed to access other floors in the main tower and all the floors in the south tower. If the OP has a choice, I would recommend a room in the South Tower.

When you say check in first before calling, do love hotels have phones in them that are usable?

Yes, they do.
They always charge me 20yen at checkout because this client leaves the hotel before I do. lol.

How is La France a nightmare now? Poor service? Dirty Rooms? just wondering.

I don't recall being there, but this is Japan so dirty rooms are rare.

But small, uncomfortable and obviously a few decades old furnishings are the norm in budget places. They're not very conducive to the mood.

The hotel staff is nice enough, usually “poor service” isn’t much of a concern in love hotels. I’ve had some incidents of hotel staff questioning my Japanese or hotel cleaners staring at me in the hall way (none of that in La France) but i’ve never let that bother me much either way.

The rooms however, are ancient. Its kind of sad because it must have been a cool place when they first build it. Its has paintings of my very favorite art style and its missing the whole 4th floor because of Japanese superstition, which is cool in my opinion.
But i can not get past the rooms. Dusty airconditioner, sticky floor, bathroom that makes me feel dirty rather than clean and forget about the usual bubble bath. You could say its a matter of cleaning but i think its gotten so old and never renewed that there is just no way to keep it clean.

It may also just me by personal feeling. I had a bad experience there. Lets just say that i (and i think i’m representing a lot of other working girls here) am absolutely fine to be in a budget room for a short time, but the longer the session, the more claustrophobic and gross it gets. I don’t mind sacrificing on room price and the luxury that comes with it at all to make it easier for the guy but there is a point where its too much and i’d say two hours or more in a sticky, dusty room definitely crosses the line.
