Uguisudani is six minutes away by train and immediately from the station it is full of love hotels.

There are some in Yushima as well, though many fewer than Uguisudani, and it is even closer...reasonable walking distance in fact.

Yushima is indeed your best bet for distance. It is a little bit of a walk from Akihabara/Suehirocho station areas.
You can hop on Yamamote for Uguisudani as noted above or even Sobu line for Kinshicho which has some nicer rooms available at places like Hotel Sara, etc.

Reasonable walking distance depends a lot on how hot she is.
The hotels in Yushima are like 1.5 km away from Akihabara station and that's why I didn't mention it as an option. One of my girls once made me walk from Okachimachi to Uguisudani and I still feel the pain.
