Hello, I'm going to visit Tokyo and I would like to hire a female to give me a guide of the the adult places and services. I know that many are not foreigner friendly.

Good point. Just thought it would save a lot of time learning the hard way about what to avoid if I got the info from someone in the industry. Thanks for the comment.

There's plenty of information available freely, housed right here on TAG that will save you a lot of trouble if you just read a little.

I know some come to Tokyo and just want to toss money at the problem, but that still turns out to be a lack luster experience.

And, it's definitely better to hire a male guide for the reasons @User#8628 has stated.

I think the female guide concept is fantastic and I would have used one in many cities I've visited for the first or fifth time.

That she couldn't get into every venue is not an issue. Would I want a male guide sitting with me in an oppai pub giving me advice on how to suck a nipple?

She can still tell you which places are what you're looking for, make suggestions you didn't know existed, walk you to the street, floor, door ..., translate with the tencho and vouch for you. She can tell you the rules of the particular club/soapland/whatever and tell you what to expect and what to pay. Then an hour later you meet up again (or she just goes home). When I have normal guides they don't stay with me for my $100 meal or walk me through every show, exhibit or shop, they often bugger off alone or hang out in the car/van and we all prefer that.

Places like [Redacted] charge a hefty premium for acting as a baka gaijin concierge. A female guide could perform the same service of booking with a normal Japanese service (for cheaper), walk you to your love hotel and call them back to finalize the deal. All for less than [Redacted] charges.

IME, female guides are far preferable to male because, again IME, they are just more pleasant, less bossy, more playful and tolerant of my weak language skills. Except for the bossy middle aged female tour guide I had in Prague, but that was kind of hot in a weird way too.

Because men’s and women’s worlds are so separate in Japan, I don’t think you’d have the same success as you’ve had in other countries.

Would love to hear about how you have gone about it in other countries.

I happen to know a few "adult guide" in Tokyo. The problem is that they usually charge even heftier than [Redacted]...:meh:

I think the "free information" offices in certain districts of Tokyo would actually help you get a booking, I had 1/1 success with them (very hot girl delivery) but never tried to repeat it for some reason.

if you're talking about those LINE guides on the streets - i remember the police announcement at shinjuku specifically say use them at your own risk (of getting scammed)

? Not the same.
The speakers are warning about people who come up to you on the street without having a clear alliance to a place. H1dden’s comment means the booths with in big letters “information” on them, which are clearly legal.
