First time in Japan and looking to hookup with Japanese women

Hello everyone! Me and my buddy are in Japan till November 29th, and of course it is our first time here and are curious on where to go to pick up Japanese ladies? Mainly ages 18-35. I'm a 26 year old caucasian male. And my buddy is 24. We only know basic Japanese.

Roppongi, any shitty bar for foreigners.
You won’t be alone with the same goal in mind though...
And you won’t bother foreign residents (and Japanese ladies who like them) , who know better than to go to Roppongi . :) Win-Win!

Any of the foreign themed bars or mainstream nightclubs in Roppongi or Shibuya should put you around Japanese women looking to hook up with foreigners. You speaking basic Japanese won't matter if you're very attractive. If you're unpopular with the ladies at home though you'll have to work for it just about as much in Japan. Some girls are into guys who look a bit different but you'll have plenty of competition from tourists and JET bros looking to hook up with girls.

Lol, I look like a typical Arab with stubble beard. Only problem is that few mistake me as a guy from Pakistan/India. Seems like they aren't exposed to arab guys here

It won't matter if you're relatively attractive. My friend is Egyptian and picks up girls all the time because he's tall, well-built and has nice hair and a nice style. Most people here have no idea what an Arab looks like. They might mistake you for anything from Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, South American, etc. Unless you really look like the country you're from they might not be able to guess.

Yesterday I met a Japanese unmarried women in 40s in a bar (Ebisu), who kinda spoke broken English. The moment I said I am from Abu Dhabi, she was like I must be so rich and I own a Lamborghini... Such a stereotypical thought about people from UAE. After conversing with her for around 20 mins, I came to know most of the Japanese girls are just gold diggers.. It seems they have three priorities: 1. Money 2. Money 3. Looks... Lol! probably they should get a life in some other world!
I heard Japanese are shy but this women was much eager to go with me to the hotel and insisting on getting my Line id. Also, I am too young for her, I am in my mid 20s!
I just hate the present culture here... They are fascinated by western culture forgetting their own culture!

Of course. I mean, it couldn't be like there's an entire country of diverse individuals with a variety of personalities or anything, right?

I am here to explore the actual culture. For some reason, I just feel people are forced to be a more diplomatic person.. People unwillingly say arigatogozaimusu to sumimasen, gomenasai... I just feel like Saudi with different culture here! lol

This was the part I also didn't understand. I mean it took me only 10 minutes to talk with a Japanese girl to understand the mentality of all Asian girls; not only Japanese.

lol, I asked her "Whether there's a probability of me getting a Japanese girlfriend", she was like "Money matters first then the looks". I was totally moved! yuk.

Probably most East asians girls seems to be the gold diggers, girls from China, India, Iran and gulf countries seems to like the personality more than money... Ofcourse, there are exceptions....

At least people think you’re rich. When I tell them where I’m from they tell me “oww, you must be so poor” :D

On a serious note most Japanese people avoid serious subjects and will choose the shallow waters during an initial meeting. It doesn’t necessarily mean they are superficial, they don’t want to embarrass themselves or make you uncomfortable by asking something potentially inappropriate. I think Mediterraneans and middle eastern people are quite transparent in the sense that we don’t hold back our thoughts or emotions so Japanese people having a “face” for public hits us hard at the beginning.

Yeah, like that one Japanese customer who asked my foreign co-worker first night they met "How long is your penis?". BTW both of them were male and both at least claimed to be heterosexual. :eek::D
