First, let me emphasize that I personally find cost-per-pop to be a foolish and useless way to look at p4p; to me it is about the total experience. I also think a lot of guys who claim that they are in it only for the pops are deluding themselves...else they'd just stay home and jerk themselves off for *free*. I only brought it up as an example of how sugar dating might seem more expensive than it "really" is.

Hmmm...well, I suppose it depends on the devilish details, one's individual style and experiences plus details of how you do the accounting. In my case, I have never given an SB as little as JPY30,000 for an isolated/single sugar date, and it has been many long years since I was capable of 3 pops in 3 hours; 2 in a single day is quite good for me at this point in my life. In addition, I count more than the sugar fee/allowance/support I give the SB in the cost of a sugar date. I also include the cost of the meal, drinks, transportation, any activities we might do together, the LH etc. Most of those don't apply in a lot of other p4p modes (though you may well be paying for a LH room if you use a DH of course). Those other costs can add up to a few ma'en on one of my typical sugar dates.

The difference seems to me that you can not cut the sugardaddy date into minuscule slices where all the trimmings are removed and you just get your quick pop.

All that said, I agree that sugar dating has a sort of "buying in bulk" (vs picking up only what you need at the moment in a convenience store?) aspect to it.

You can easily find women on SA looking for a huge range of types of arrangements...not even close to being restricted to any particular or conventional definition of sugar, such as the one the site itself promotes/presents. Based on what I hear from various women with SA profiles, there are also guys looking for a huge variety of types of situations.

I am not sure what you mean by "not clearly understanding the concept of sugar babies", but maybe they just aren't looking for the same sort of situation you seek. If so, just pass them by and look for SBs whose goals match yours.

Anyway, I consider the variety to be a good point of the site.
