Hi

Just seeking some advice for Nampa. I generally do fine in the west, but in Japan things are just weird, nothing really works for me.

A little bit about myself:
- asian dude from north america
- early 30s
- average looking, average height, not fat or jacked, just normal
- N3 level japanese

Any advice for street Nampa? I find I get a lot of rejections, like only 1 / 20 girls I approach on the street are game to talk, is this normal?

Any other Asian guys here wanna shed light on this?
I noticed Caucasian guys have a way better return on investment. There's definitely racism in the dating scene here.

There is racism. They like white guys for the most part. Your best bet is to act like an American who has lots of money. Go hang out with the investment bankers - wherever they hang out.

I don’t think having preference for a certain kind of looks when hooking up should be called racism. Nobody owes you a date.
I think one out of 20 is a pretty good number, if you’re doing street pickup. Most people on their way to somewhere do not want to be bothered by anyone unless it’s something important.

Go to one of those overpriced not-very-tasty deep fried mozzarella stick joints and make winky faces while seductively eating a hot dog at any one of the hundred or so kpop-otaku teenagers.
