So after heading back to Taiwan I've been itching for some p4p action. But since p4p is illegal in Taiwan (sort of), information is very hard to come by. Looked at City of love and other escort websites but am kinda scared of getting scammed.
Asked a few of my friends, and they told me to just google relaxing massage (舒壓按摩）online. A few websites pop up, and they'd show a bunch of girl's pictures and a line/wechat ID. I added the ID, and proceeded to schedule an appointment. The person on Line provided me with an address, and asked me to message him when I arrive. Did that, and he asked what my shirt color is. After replying him, a girl showed up within 5 minutes and asked to see my ID and my phone. Once she scrolled through it and made sure I wasn't a cop, I was led into a building next door and went into the massage place.
I was taken into the room, and asked to wait. After a minute around 15 girls walked in, and I was asked to pick one. Picked one, showered, and the massage started. Massage was nothing to write home about, neither was the HJ that followed after, though she did allow a great deal of touching.
Afterwards I showered and was led out of the massage parlor. After this session, the Line person started showing me a few pages with all the schedules of the shops he has connection to, their pictures (blurred), body measurements, and if they offer extra service or not. There was also a section on a pseudo deliheru with Taiwanese girls, and a incall place with Malaysian/Chinese girls. Haven't tried those options yet, but the girls that he recommended in the massage parlor have mostly been very good, so I'd assume those are legit too.

Sorry for the long review, but I saw that there wasn't a lot of stuff about Taiwan, so I wanted to share. They do take foreigners, but from what I've gathered most foreigners they've seen are Japanese. so I'm not sure about others.
