Hi everyone, im from Toronto Canada. Currently in Japan for some work/learning and will be staying in Japan till april 01 before i go back home.
Im 23 Chinese, 6ft, and average build. i will be more free after Febuary 29 and have my own place, although it is a bit far away from Tokyo, in Kashiwa.

I will also be traveling to Osaka February 14-16
i just started this site so may not check it too often, i can send pictures.

Is there an inherent amount of racism towards chinese in Osaka, due to coronavirus or just in general? Im from Canada and so far tokyo has been great

Tokyo is indeed great. Osaka, not so much. Think of it like a Japanese version of Montreal or maybe the shithole that we Americans call Philadelphia.

Oh and yes, the coronavirus just makes the existing racism worse. I wouldn't worry about it but Tokyo is generally superior in most respects for the kind of thing you're looking for.
