Closed Returning escorts reusing ads should show as new.

When an escort returns (say a visiting escort) to Tokyo, and re-uses an old ad it does not show up as new. This is problematic because it means there is no real notification to the userbase that the ad is active. I have on several occasions been surprised that an escort had an ad because they re-used their old ad instead of making a new one. I suggest that once an ad ends, it should closed, and that the escort has a mechanism to copy an old ad to a new post so that they are shown as having a new ad.

It's their choice. They can make a new ad or use an old one (copy and paste is available). We advise them to make a new one to show a newer date, but ultimately it's up to them. If the ad is active, it's listed in the appropriate section... if it's not shown, it's not active.
 
Personally I don't actively go into that section unless I see that a new ad is posted to see who the "new" person is. If I don't see any new activity then I expect that it's either the same escorts I've either chosen not to contact or have bookmarked their website so I can contact when I am interested in contacting them. It just seems like some of them could be losing opportunities because they are recycling ads and the "new post" notification isn't getting set.

We give them a choice and I've explained the benefit of having a fresh ad.
I'll see what I can do about encouraging a new ad version each time.

I have an idea that can be a temporary fix, similar to reviews. That should alleviate some of the concern.
(I did try some code to force refreshed ads to show as new, but it trashed some data and how it tracks 'threads marked as read' for each member.)

For the being, I'll add a refresh post each time the ad cycles up. (deleting old refresh post first)
That will solve this problem for now.
