I think most people use apps like Tinder and OK Cupid? But neither of those have settings that allow people to search for transvestites; you would need to register as a female and say that you are a transvestite in your description. Grindr is a gay dating app and you might have more luck there.

I see more transgenders on badoo than any other Western app. If I were you I would follow the other guy's advice and use Tinder/Bumble and register as a female. Apparently you used to be able to filter by ethnicity including transgender on Grindr but it got removed because it's racist lol.
