Hi guys
couple of days ago I was looking for a love hotel late at night and stumbled across this place:
https://piana.jp/

saw a couple of girls come out who were obviously working and didn’t look too bad, although it was difficult to see as it was so dark.
Picked up a brochure at the front and it looks like it’s some kind of connection with delivery health.
Never used one of these services before.

Lots of advertisements in the brochure. Here’s an example of one of the advertisements:
https://www.nightjoho.com/okayama/shop/shop_name/vacation#schedule-tab

f
ew questions:
1) Are all the ads just basically the same company rotating the same girls?
2) Is this hotel and these girls all yakuza related?
3) Is it safe? Or would you end up with some outrageous bill and being threatened.
4) bait and switch? Some of the girls in the brochure look hot. But even from them some of the descriptions don’t match, for example breast cup size and the picture.
5) what exactly do you get to do? For example ¥8000 for 60 minutes.
6) Possible to pay by cash? Would prefer not to use a credit card, as it’s a shared account (billing name etc).
7) How safe from STDs?
8) is it OK to try and get these girls Line or whatever and just deal directly with her?

I can kind of figure out how it works from the sites. But my Japanese isn’t that great. If necessary, I had the idea to stop in at one of the small bars next to the hotel for a drink and try and get the bartender/owner to help me set it up. Another idea was just to go down there again and wait for one of these girls to show up and just try to negotiate something directly with her.

Only P4P I’ve done in Japan was 15 years ago, one of those Chinese massage shops in Kobe. Promise a BJ before entering, then only gave a HJ. Only time I’ve been ripped off in Japan.

Any information welcome.
Thanks again.

1. No, but there are shops that have relationships or are under the same parent company.

2. Probably not, but who cares. No shop that advertises would have goons or anything like that.

3. If it's a registered shop with any kind of public profile, the worst thing that they would do to you is call the cops, and you'd have to really fuck up for that to happen.

4. This all depends on the shop, the girl, and your expectations. Try to see only people that are reviewed here or on Japanese forums if you're nervous about it.

5. It depends on the shop or the girl. The standard for deliheru is generally shower, play with kissing bbbj, etc, shower. You need to check though, most sites have what girls will do listed on their profile, as well as under "システム" or "料金". FS is technically prohibited.

6. Yes.

7. They are supposed to get tested, who knows how many actually do. It's relatively safe, but if STD keep you up at night, just don't do it.

8. Depends, just don't be pushy or make it weird. If they give you their Line, you can book them directly instead of calling the shop, usually still through the shop though.

Basically, if you book a reviewed girl through a shop with a reputation, the chances of you getting ripped off are extremely low.

I think most of your questions were answered so I don't have to reply again, just wanted to give you feedback about your other ideas.
Don't ask girls you don't know on the street if they are available for sex work!
I think that's a really bad idea, because it's rather rude and also embarrassing for them.....do it the proper way through their agencies. Makes things easier for both sides if you do it the regular way through their shop.

Honestly since you're basically a newcomer to the world or P4P, I'd recommend you do your research and book something that's already been reviewed several times on here. That way you'll know what to expect and keep the anxiety levels low.

8000 for 60 minutes sounds super cheap. Probably bad quality girls? There isn’t enough pictures to clearly see their faces etc. I’d be cautious. But let us know if you TOFTT.

What he said. As a beginner it’s better not to test out new places.

+1
expect to be disappointed.
double the price and you're in the ball park

1) Are all the ads just basically the same company rotating the same girls?

No. These types of flyers/mini magazine ad books are common. The company that prints them sells ad space to delivery agencies.

2) Is this hotel and these girls all yakuza related?

No, this isn't a video game fantasy.

3) Is it safe? Or would you end up with some outrageous bill and being threatened.

Again, this isn't some video game fantasy. The yakuza are not lurking around every corner.

4) bait and switch? Some of the girls in the brochure look hot. But even from them some of the descriptions don’t match, for example breast cup size and the picture.

Bust sizes are always exaggerated, waist sizes are always understated, faces are always photoshopped. And while we're busting myths, Santa Claus is really a blend of various pagan gods, the Easter Bunny is a fertility goddess' pet, and there is no sex in the champagne room.

5) what exactly do you get to do? For example ¥8000 for 60 minutes.

For 8K expect a halfhearted blowjob delivered by the girl in the shop with the least customer traffic. (that price is for the "shop chooses the girl" course)

6) Possible to pay by cash? Would prefer not to use a credit card, as it’s a shared account (billing name etc).

Cash is always preferred, if a P4P provider insists on credit cards, you should insist on leaving. Never use a credit card at a P4P establishment. If you MUST, get a cash advance from an ATM and use that.

7) How safe from STDs?

As safe as you want to be. Learn to be responsible for your own protection. Generally, though, pros are safer than your average pickup.

8) is it OK to try and get these girls Line or whatever and just deal directly with her?

No, it is not, and is a good way to get yourself and all other foreigners barred from that establishment. Don't be that asshole that closes a venue off to everyone else.

Thanks for the solid reply. I’m likely only going to be available around the Okayama area, I’ve seen no Current reviews etc. for here. This hotel is also new.
Regarding bait and switch, My question is more about whether the photos are real. for example are they just using nonexistent models’ photos and then sending random gross girls out. Even allowing for some photo filtering, most of the pictures look decent, like in the link I provided above.
Pricing. iiuc with the above link as an example, it’s an extra 1000¥ to choose a girl, 5000¥ “all nude soft touch“, etc. so what exactly is included in the 60min/8000¥ base fee? they don’t take their clothes off? what does soft touch mean exactly?
Also, anything over an hour and the name is changed from “trial” to “foam wash course”. What’s the difference exactly in these longer courses ?

Even allowing for some photo filtering, most of the pictures look very good, like in the link I provided above. Is there something I’m missing here?

The photos are usually real, how old or photoshopped they are is a different story. Check diary photos (日記) on City Heaven or the site you linked, they are usually a better representation of what they actually look like.

Cheers, I checked a couple of those as well.

What’s the difference in the “trial” 60 min course vs the “wash” 90 min + options?
It usually means a soapy hand wash as a part of the service. The trial course doesn't include the wash.
