Any recommendations for Hiroshima? Sensual massage? Soapland?

I read there's a red-light district, but being Asian and with no nihongo, kinda difficult.
 
I have tried when I lived there 5 years ago and I have Japanese skills. Couldn't get in.
 
Thanks for the info. Gonna walk the district tonight just to see how it's like here in Hiroshima.
