interview to AV actresses
*regarding contracts
while in the western countries/companies the contract is very specific and detailed, usually in Japan the contract states just worktime, wage and a few other items. What an employee can do or not do is specified in the company rules or in some other document.
So you should get written confirmation beforehand or better the document itself (very difficult). Bear in mind that interviewers or HR people might not be informed (or willing or in the position to check) about second jobs policy for employees.
Generally a side job is frowned upon.
*the general idea
We understand the you want to work in the AV field in Japan. What is your outlook?
How many years do you want to allow to get to that objective?
As Tag Manager has correctly said, get a visa and branch out.
Provided you like Japan after living (and working) for a reasonable time.
I think that no visa allows you to work in AV field as you wish to do. There might be a visa for the category, but since the Immigration Officer has some discretionality, he might deny the visa application. Best option is to marry a Japanese or whatever visa holder and sniff out the field.
*passion/money
My impression is that only a few AV actresses make enough money for a living. Most have to do side jobs as hostesses or in the fuzoku world. Also do the same thing that AKB48 gals do. That is go to events and get money to: meet fan, chat with fan, give autograph, sell personalized gadgets/trinkets. Whatever goes at the moment.
Best of luck.
