Doesn't matter, Tora no Ana doesn't accept foreigners who cannot communicate in Japanese, and Ms. Akiyama does not see foreign customers at all.

Doesn't really matter what she charges, her profile says she doesn't accept foreigners. (Assuming you can't speak Japanese that you're in fact, a foreigner...)
Since she's a DIAMOND TIGER level - means they'll quote the rate at the time a potential client asks for a booking, which varies.

She's my favourite JAV star and a former A list star. Just wondering why she has to do this. Reports saying that her finances were strained due to this Pandemic. She retired as her youngest brother have finished university. As her fan, would like to support her if my pocket permits. It's my wildest dream to have a pop with her. not sure if there are any foriegner restrictions, is it all no go for all non Japanese? I'm Taiwanese descent by the way.

If you fall under Japanese only without speaking the language & being Taiwanese decent then sure. You need to contact the site & tell them that though.

Sorry mate! But I am almost 100% sure that women at Tora no Ana that say they do not accept foreigners it means JAPANESE ONLY. I am Japanese by nationality and by blood (as my parents are both Japanese) but I was born abroad.
I speak fluent Japanese but with some noticeable foreign accent.
I am quite sure that even for me, ms.Akiyama will be a no no.
Tora no Ana says that you can ask a Japanese friend of yours to make a reservation for you if your Japanese is not good enough to make the reservation. But you can only choose girls that says that Foreigners are OK.
My apologies is i sounded too harsh or even rude, but that's my honest answer from my limited experience at Tora no Ana.
By the way, I do not know if it's stills the same rule but even if the AV girl accepts foreigners as customers, as a new customer you are not allow to have your first reservation with an AV girl. You have to make an appointment with a lower class girl and if you get good review from the girl, that you are well behaved and with good manners then next time you are allow to get an AV idol

It's funny though, we get these quiet requests via email asking for introductions to shops like this, but of course we don't do this for anyone, ever.
What's even more interesting is the level of shock when we explain that there's no vaginal sex included in these bookings that they are out to get.
Most common reply - "Surely there must be some sex involved, she's a JAV star afterall." << I can see how someone may come to that conclusion, but porn/jav =/= delivery health, etc.

Vaginal sex is strongly prohibited and asking or demanding sex could end the session immediately and get you blacklisted.

They will tell you many times that sex is prohibited and even inform you of the consequences if you ask of sex.

No, you don't sign anything. It's no necessary.

Please contact Tora no Ana if you want to know the cost. I do not work there. AV idols have different prices so I am sorry I can't help you

I can only affirm this: Had some very good, but also exceptionally bad experiences with a couple of porn actresses.
