Does anybody have a handy (easy) way of finding a LH that is set up for Nuru?
Do any already come with an inflatable mattress? If this is something I can ask the front desk for, then what is it called in Japanese?

I'm looking for locations in Gotanda and in Yokohama.

You're looking for a hotel that offers "マット" -- There's not much in Gotanda and I don't have much idea about Yokohama.
Best bet is to start here: https://happyhotel.jp/ Gotanda is in 品川区 and Yokohama is in 神奈川 - you should be able to find something (if it's a available) through this search. I only saw 2 hotels in Gotanda that had the mat (マット) option and it wasn't for all rooms. So you'd need to ask the hotel which rooms have the setup for it...

Shinjuku has a much larger selection of hotels with mat configurations.

Now we are asking the right questions. Unfortunately there is no easy way to search for that. Some hotel sites do have マット as a search option but it's really not very helpful.

That's because quite often the hotel would have only one room with big enough bathroom to have a proper mattress. Also it seems that even if they had them before when they break down the hotels are not replacing them.

For what it's worth B-Side in Gotanda at least used to have mattresses in some of their bigger rooms. Also Rochelle in Kamata has some rooms with bigger bathrooms than an average Tokyo apartment and some of them had big mattresses though some of them were replaced with thin versions last time I visited.

The only place with mattresses in Yokohama I know is near Motomachi-Chukagai station and it was maybe Akai Kutsu though I am not sure and it was already several years ago. Though the place was pretty great, big fat mattresses and economical long time stay prices.

Edit: was on my phone and somehow managed a dozen typos and even fucked up both the name and the location of a hotel: it's B-Side and in Gotanda. And I have probably been there more times than in any other hotel in the Greater Kanto area...

Thanks. I'll check out B-side and see if they still have that option.

They have free Asahi Super Dry on tap on the lobby so at least you can kill time on comfort if they are full and you need to wait for the room. :p

Those are magical, tragic words right there. We never had such treasures in Osaka.

Complimentary alcohol. During the early days of the pandemic (when Chinese were banned) and before the country shut down, I stayed at a ritzy new European-themed ryokan with the other half down south. I was already thrilled that Chinese tourists had vanished and the hotel was nearly empty. Then I walked into the dining hall and saw there was a full open self-serve bar with everything...beer, wine, champagne, shochu, sake...I think I was actually getting hard. Needless to say, no sex was had that night. I think I ended up sitting alone in the public bath telling racist jokes to the ceiling illustrations.

Beer on tap is the last thing I should have when I'm at a LH. I can still hear my ex saying "ダメ" if I ever ordered a second drink.

That is a very good reason to make her an ex. I have gone to Plan B only with girls who drink with me while waiting and then will take a fresh pint with them to the room.

That might also be advantageous if you're into golden showers.

My bladder hasn't aged very gracefully and I learned my lesson the hard way some years back. It's not like 1999, where I could hold in five or six beers until after I'd blown my load in the ugliest girl on that floor of the dormitory. I rocked up to Kabukicho a bit early and had an hour to kill before AR/AF opened. The only place serving beer at 11am was that stupid little cafe next to the theater with the outdoor seating area, where I proceeded to knock back four or five pints while I waited. Made for a very awkward time in the shower with whoever the girl was that day, can't even remember, but she was a pretty good sport about it when the hot water hit the piss switch and the shower drain was the only nearby option.

I think you missed my meaning. Two beers and I'm useless.
