Service and/or Provider's Name:
Nishimura
https://fujoho.jp/index.php?p=sp_girl&id=2628075

Date of Encounter:
March 2021

Contact Method:
Walk in

Appointment Length & Costs:
45min / ¥6000

Type/Location:
Pink salon / near kawasaki station

Language Notes:
Japanese

Details of the Encounter:
I saw someone posted about pink salon in Tokyo area, and @MikeH mentioned about Flamingo in Kawasaki. I was in that area today. There was 2 front guy, didn’t asked about gaijin. One guy asked if i was here before, i said this my first time and he told me about rules. I didn’t choose the girl (extra charge for nomination fee), go with 45 minutes course. “情報局みた” i said that to the guy, and he gave me 3000 discount from normal price.

Because it’s weekend, i had to wait about 50 min. I decided to wait outside and went back 5 minutes before the time. Waited inside with 5-7 others at waiting room. After that they called my number. other guy ushered me inside. But this time he asked me “gaijin? Speak japanese?”
I said yes and i have been to other pink salon before.

finally Nishimura came to my booth. So this month the shop has event every weekend called oiran. They not wearing School uniform/seifuku but Sexy kimono. She is friendly. After some talk, she starts to undress, fully nude. I’m kinda surprise. I’ve been to other pink salon shop, some only take off their shirt. I found guidance like a booklet about how to play with couple doing 69 position and kissing pics.
She told me you that plays allowed here.

I had fun time with 45 min course. I think 30 min to short, and 60 min too long. I don’t know how many time the girl allows you to cum.

Final Thoughts:
Recommended, Will Repeat.

Closing Comments:
The front guys know that i was gaijin. But they didnt asked about my japanese. I don’t know if they are allow you if u can’t speak japanese. Nishimura told me if you can speak Japanese then fine.

Yeah, that's the same shop, they just changed name last year I believe. Haven't been there since the name change but good to hear they are still letting foreigners in.

The level of nudity depends on the girl too, some of them would get both of us totally naked which was quite interesting when the partitions are just chest high leaving you pretty much exposed to anyone interested enough to take a peek. :p

BAD NEWS

I got HPV after my visit. Went to toranomon clinic 虎の門中村康宏クリニック and the doctor gave me ointment.

I got HPV after my visit.

Important note:

It can take weeks, months, or even years after exposure to HPV before symptoms develop or the virus is detected.

It's generally considered to be impossible to determine when or from who HPV has been contracted.

Let's clear something up... you said HPV, which is commonly the short form for Human Papillomavirus.
And as far as I know there is no real test for men that is approved for HPV detection.

If you are referring to Herpes, Sudsy's post above would be most correct.

In any case, the time lapse is too short and unless that was your ONLY sexual contact in the past year or more, then it's hard to say when you actually contracted the virus.

Doctor said same things, it could be from someone i’ve been with before 3-6 months ago. He only mentioned “papilloma virus”, i tried to find pic really close from google, more looks like genital warts. I got blood test, and the result all STD and syphillis are negative.

That makes more sense, genital warts are associated with HPV. The good news is that the warts version doesn't seem to be linked to cancer, so you're good there.
HPV can be lurking anywhere and it's not nearly as obvious at all times -- thanks for the follow-up.

There is a HPV vaccine available, but I'm not sure about the actual availability in Japan and to what groups of people. (I think the major one is Gardasil)

Sorry to hear it. Make sure the warts are fully gone lest you infect others. Best to get them burnt or frozen off and then apply topical ointment.

It’s available in Japan. (Gardasil)
I’m not sure if it’s available for men, but women can get it until 45.
It protects against the four cancer causing types, but also helps the immune system to flush out other types very quickly. (My opinions are based on what different healthcare professionals have told me. I’m not a doctor so I would suggest OP to do his research to get vaccinated. One of my former clients have told me it’s even okay to get vaccinated after exposure, it helps the immune system fight better. He’s a doctor so I trust his words.)
Some countries have started to offer this vax to boys as well, IMO anyone with multiple sex partners MUST get it if they can....

You probably have fordyce spots which are harmless.

Actually yesterday (April 9) was 子宮の日 (Day for uterus). The day you could see the ads of HPV vaccine campaigners on major newspapers.

There are close to a hundred varieties of HPV. A few cause cancer, most don't. Gardisil protects you from a number of the cancer causing varieties. You can still get infected with more benign (and unsightly) varieties of HPV even after being vaccinated.

HPV is not the only bug one has to worry about. CMV is another silent but very worrying infection that is common to people who frequent the sort of places we read about on this forum. Definitely not something you want to pick up.

Shit, CMV is common, period. Not just in p4p. Common even ruling out for those who work in and partake in p4p. And worrying? For a neonate, yes. For adults? Not unless you’re immunocompromised. Seriously, chicken pox is more worrying to pick up than CMV.

It should be pretty obvious to tell whether it’s warts or not. If it’s a few 1mm+ circular raised growths then it’s warts. If they’re uniformly distributed, small, and you’ve had them forever then not. Really, you should know whether you always had them or if they suddenly appeared.

Generally the vaccine is only given to younger women I believe.

This shop is very reputable amongst the Japanese, you could have got it from somewhere else.

I only had good experiences at this shop and yes all the girls go fully nude. I can feel its very competitive amongst the girls and they will go above and beyond to give good service

Some STD clinics give Gardasil to men. It costs Y17,000 - Y22,000 per shot and you need 3 shots within a year. Gardasil 9 (known as Silgard 9 in Japan) is given only to women.
I asked about getting it once and they looked at me in disbelief.

If you’re worried about STDs, then just go for L1 service at a MP instead. Unlikely to get a STD, but some risk of COVID, though.

Guys you have to be careful, I got hpv in 2018 from a chinese parlor "condom"..it took 6 months of treatment.. ointment and vinegar..I've used scissors to cut the top of the wart and I daily reminded myself how dirty I'm sleeping with this trash.. abstained from sex and now I feel so clean..till I find my wife I just read blogs but never practice...stay safe!
