Some do. Some don’t. Depends on the girl in many cases. Many girls probably feel safer in a hotel.

Extortion, for one. Less risk if an agency girl. Higher risk if a non-agency girl. Less risk if you are an unmarried young guy. Higher risk if married - wife away over the weekend - with a C position in a company.

Theft of personal belongings mainly.

There have been cases where girls would pass on information to boyfriends who would come by and burgle the place as well.

You also run the risk of her grabbing personal info for later blackmail purposes.

If there’s a misunderstanding regarding service boundaries and the driver is called, they know where you live.

Then, of course, there’s the risk that the girl will have a medical episode and you find yourself with the police and medical services at your door.

Or hey, even the simple problems that arise if the neighbourhood gossips notice, which can be a bigger problem than you think.

And being fair, from the girl’s perspective, you could have a bottle of roofies and a dismemberment kit all ready to go in the spare room.

My eyes were first opened to ‘deriheru’ when i was an eikawai monkey living in a 6-jo room with cardboard walls.

I always wondered how my neighbour, a middle age weird looking guy always seemed to have young lady visitors, until one day when neither of us had out TVs on and i could very clearly hear the conversation from his room; ‘so, its 15k and then an extra 5 without a condom, please dont cum on my face or hair’.

In the days before smartphones, I used to live a half hour's walking distance from a major JR station, and would bring girls home all the time - cab to my place, and call her a cab back to the station in the morning. A few meandering backstreets and a nondescript building meant none of them ever found their way back without me going down to the station to pick them up.

These days, they'd just open Google maps and realise that we were 100M from the subway....

My golden rule is never ask anyone nosy private questions like their real names before having sex with them regularly at least for a year.

I am not unreasonable fellow, so once a month for a year is considered regularly.

I have problems grasping the meaning of the second question as I don't know myself by my real name.

Yes! That's my platinum rule, first get to know the girl well and check that she is trustworthy. Then goes the Golden Rule. Of course, I’m a gentleman [:D] I never ask for her private data, I let her to share it if she wants. If she is going to come to my house and enter my privacy, it is fair that there be reciprocity about how much we know from each other. If not possible (95% of cases), there are many hotels and some HB where we can enjoy sex without compromising our privacy. :)
