I wanted to try out Happy matto after my first amazing visit to them a few months ago and I called a day earlier to make a reservation. The good girls get fully booked all the time and I would definitely recommend to book a day or two in advance, and walk-in service without reservation I would say is impossible for gaijin.
So when I called, the clerk, he ensured that I'm a repeat customer so I know their rules. Then he put me on hold to check the roster. The only girl available was Kaina and only because the guy who reserved her cancelled that day.

Her shift ends at 5 and this was the last alot available. I usually don't like rushed service but in this case, I could only get a 50 minute course. And 50 minutes for mat play is not much at all.
So I had to call and confirm an hour earlier so they can make sure I honour the booking, and to my surprize, the clerk said that she is booked and I can't see her today. So I quickly rephrased my Japanese sentences to say that I had made the reservation already and the last slot is mine, please check again. To my relief, it was all ok, probably just my shitty Japanese. Got a thumbs up and got to the store on time.
The store was as busy as a SoftBank phone outlet on a normal day. I was first handed a queue token and seated in the waiting room with 8-9 other guys. And to make things worse, all the seats face a wall and the full wall is a fucking mirror!! So everybody can see everybody - i felt super uncomfortable. Last time around I only had 2 other guys in the room, so we were spread out.
Then they call me to the front desk to confirm my booking and give me another queue card for the girl. 15 mins later, I was read out the rules aloud and ushered to the girls room. It was slightly larger than my previous experience and had bare rough cemented walls to give it an effect of a den.
Face 8/10 - Kaina was very cute, she mentioned she was 26, had freckles just under her eyes which was a super turn-on for me.

The whole experience was rushed, and the Matt cleaning was also done in my time (maybe cause I was getting ready too). But I would always suggest for the 80 mins course so both you and the girl can have a relaxed time instead of what I did. Ofcourse it will be more expensive, but worth that extra 6-8k, for 2-3 pops, sukebe play, and a great experience.
