Look for some info about the soapland with foreign girls?

There are no soaps that specialise in foreign girls. There have been some shops that occasionally employ Thai or Chinese girls but I currently know none that do that either.

Japan should really register soaplands with PDI (protected designation of origin) like they do wines and cheese in France.

One of our popular TAG members did a soap stint IIRC -- can't remember where she worked. But it is written somewhere on TAG. (Maybe harder to find now her TAG name is out of service. )

Imagine a world, where in Tokyo you could visit the Brazilian soap, the Norwegian soap, the Thai soap, the Vietnamese soap, the Korean soap, etc etc ..... not enough enterprising minds in Government or in the yakuza.

That was Last Scene and it was permanently closed awhile back due to COVID IIRC. (We have old reviews still on TAG somewhere...)

In lieu of soaplands, there are at least massage parlors with therapists from countries like China and Thailand.

The soaps are supervised by local health authorities by law and monitored by the police (literally, there is one Koban in the middle of Yoshiwara). All providers' names are supplied to the authorities and their IDs are checked. Unless they have PR, the soaps won't hire non-Japanese. They are obliged to be strictly legal (hiring, tax, close by midnight, no yaks) to have the authorities' eyes closed on their providing FS.

It was either Last Scene or Satin Doll. Both are now closed.
