I get only 3-4 hours of sleep during workdays because I jack off to porn everyday. For a guy who does backbreaking labor for 9-12 hours a day, that's unhealthy.

How can I avoid masturbating too much so I could get at least 6 hrs of sleep?

If this is a serious question, does masturbating not put you to sleep? Maybe try limiting yourself to a short single session just before bed, then going with the prolactin release (the hormone released by your pituitary gland that makes you fall asleep) and nodding off straight afterwards. I masturbate when I can't sleep. Much more fun and less dry than reading the FT. Pun intended. ;)

@johnchavers, I'll try that. It's been my problem for years. I'd be like a zombie the last two days of the work week.
@namae, unfortunately I don't have that option. No qualifications, and I suck at Japanese too. The only solution is get more sleep.
@Kitty Carr I'll try the short session you're suggesting. It may work because it's always long sessions for me. 1 and a half to two hours of watching porn.

If I tell you how to contact her maybe you will believe me and stop flaming out of nowhere, but this will be something I do when I'm over working for her. In the meantime, I will have to hold off because I need the money she pays me in cash each week.

@John Chavers I'd tweak the PMO-free thing a bit according to my personal goals. My goal is to get more sleep so I won't be zombie at the job. PMO-free for workdays but I'll still do the P4P thing on my restdays. Porn and masturbation are waste of time.
 
I agree with @Shizumaru ! Find better porn, unload faster, and sleep better.
